Harmless Food Co Ltd: Refund Policy
When placing an order, please ensure it is correct before you proceed to checkout. Kindly contact us immediately if a mistake has been made. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect decisions.
A refund or exchange will only be granted if your meal order is incorrect or differs from what you purchased online. We are not liable for damages to your order during the delivery process. Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer support.
In the event of damages to your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it, providing photos and a description of what occurred. Once notified, we will investigate the incident and determine liability. If the courier company is found responsible, we will seek compensation directly from them, and you will be eligible for a store credit with us. We will not offer a refund if the courier is found liable, but you will be eligible for a store credit or a replacement order.
Please note: All orders sent to rural and RD (Rural Delivery) addresses are sent at the customer’s own risk. Due to extended delivery times and limited courier access, we cannot guarantee the condition of perishable products upon arrival.
For orders delivered to rural addresses that perish due to travel conditions or delays, Harmless Food Co Ltd reserves the right to reject any requests for refunds, store credits, or order exchanges for perished or damaged products. All rural deliveries are sent at your own risk.
For orders delivered to non-rural addresses that perish due to travel conditions or delays, Harmless Food Co Ltd reserves the right to reject refund requests but will offer a store credit or order exchange for perished or damaged products.
Harmless Food Co Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund for any damaged product caused by conditions beyond the company's control or caused by another company and not by Harmless Food Co Ltd.

Frequently asked question
We dispatch orders on Mondays (arriving Tuesday) and Thursdays (arriving Friday) on an overnight tracked courier. We currently use New Zealand Post.

The Christchurch Flat Rate: $9.99, with FREE Shipping on orders over $100.
The South Island Flat Rate: $15.00, with FREE Shipping on orders over $150.
The North Island Flat Rate: $25.00, with FREE Shipping on orders over $200.
