Residential orders: Dispatched Monday and Thursday via overnight tracked courier, with expected arrival Tuesday and Friday.

The Christchurch Flat Rate: $9.99, with FREE Shipping on orders over $100.

The South Island Flat Rate: $15.00, with FREE Shipping on orders over $150.

No you don't. All orders come in insulated boxes with ice packs and can last up to 12 hours before defrosting.

We send out orders Monday to Thursday on Overnight and Frozen courier.

Once the courier has scanned the ticket on the box, a tracking number will be issued via email. Once you have received your tracking link, YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. 

If you are local (Christchurch) and have not received your order, please let us know so we can follow up what has happened.  Your meals will be delivered the following morning if you are outside of Christchurch (South Island).

Yes, we have a minimum order spend of $75.00. 

Please make sure you have the correct zip code/postal code. Our freight system works off of New Zealand zip codes, so if it doesn't recognise it, you will get the following error: 

"Some items in your cart don't ship to your location. Contact the store for more information"

You may also get that error if there is too much in your cart.

The most common issue is having too much in your cart. We have an upper limit of 15kg or there abouts so you may need to reduce your cart size, please contact support if you continue having issues and we can help. Contact Support

We are located in Woolworths, Fresh Choice and Supervalue across New Zealand. 

Our products are frozen and they're in both the upright freezers and the coffin freezers in the supermarkets. If the supermarket has a special vegan section, then our products might be in there also. 

Some of our retail range is available at selected New World and PAK’nSAVE stores throughout the South Island.

Cooking Instructions: 400g Meals

5-7 minutes

• Remove a corner of the lidding film by peeling it back.
• Heat for 5 minutes on high and then give the meal a stir, heat for a further 2 minutes until meal is piping hot.
• Check your dish is piping hot all the way through.
• Leave to stand for 1 minute before fully removing film, stirring and serving. 

ALL APPLIANCES ARE DIFFERENT SO PLEASE USE THESE AS GUIDELINES ONLY. ONCE COOKED, ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT ALL THE WAY THROUGH. ALL APPLIANCES VARY, SO PLEASE TREAT THESE AS GUIDELINES.

Yes, all of our products are stored and sent frozen. Depending on how long transit is, meals may be a little defrosted. These are fine to place straight into the refrigerator.

Our meals are cooked in batches at different times, so shelf life can vary between batches. We recommend consuming our meals within 12 months of the best-before date.

Our other products have shelf lives ranging from 12 to 18 months.

Please note these are recommended guidelines and apply only where products have been kept frozen and have not been damaged or compromised during transit.
