COURIER INFORMATION:
We use New Zealand Post to send freight Nationwide on their overnight delivery service.
We can ship to most places around New Zealand but we ask if you have a rural address, to please contact us before ordering so we can organise the best method to get your order to you.

For orders over 15kg** TBA, please contact us for all orders over this weight, as it will be cheaper to send on Big Chill (provided you have a business address)
Disclaimer: our shipping costs are set by our freight companies and all of our orders are prioritised as we pay for the overnight service to your area. We will adjust the prices accordingly when the courier company reduces or increases the cost at their end, these are adjusted using the price of fuel which is their variable fuel factor and a lot of other things that go into pricing the tickets.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will provide a suitable substitute where possible. If a suitable substitute is not available, we will offer either a store credit or a refund.

Delivery to RD and Rural will be sent BUT it is at your own risk! We prefer to work with you to get your order sent to either, someone with a non rural address, or sent to your nearest agent whereby you can collect it. Please read our refund policy for more information.
