Great Non Bacon

The only negative comment I would make is that, once thawed and ready to cook (it arrived frozen from Christchurch to Auckland), the bacon tends to fall apart very easily rather than staying together as a single rasher. I had to separate it into portions so I could refreeze it for use when needed.

Other than that, it has a great flavour and cooks really well. I’m very happy with the quality overall.

Tasty but a little too salty

The bacon has a great texture and cooks nicely in the pan. The only issue I have is that it is kind of too salty. I would prefer if it was less salty and that you could add more salt to it if you wanted to when cooking.
