Ground beef mince

I really like this product for Mexican dishes, nachos, burritos etc. It’s tasty and has a good amount of protein but can be difficult to break up into a mince texture. I usually chop it small while partially frozen and find that helps.
Thank you Harmless Foods, I enjoy that I can source high quality vegan foods with a good protein value. I find in NZ availability of pre-made vegan foods has reduced significantly over the past couple of years. Yes, homemade is best but it’s nice to have a break.
