Extra Ice Pack (Chilled & Frozen Orders)
The first Ice Pack is one us!
An extra ice pack can be added to ensure that frozen food remains at a safe temperature during transit through an overnight courier. This can help prevent the food from thawing and potentially spoiling, which can compromise both the safety and quality of the food. Additionally, it can help to prolong the shelf life of the frozen food.
Please note, that if the extra ice pack(s) cannot fit, i.e. the box has the max amount of products in it, then ice pack will be left out.
Frequently Asked Question
We dispatch orders on Mondays (arriving Tuesday) and Thursdays (arriving Friday) on an overnight tracked courier. We currently use New Zealand Post.

The Christchurch Flat Rate: $9.99, with FREE Shipping on orders over $100.
The South Island Flat Rate: $15.00, with FREE Shipping on orders over $150.
The North Island Flat Rate: $25.00, with FREE Shipping on orders over $200.
