Cookies and Cream Raw Ball Recipe, plant-based, toddler approved, healthy & delicious!
Recipe:
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Desiccated (+ 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour* if recipe is too wet)
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
30g Chocolate pieces of Choice (about 4 squares cut up)
1/4 cup Coconut Cream
Pinch Sea Salt
Optional Chocolate Topping:
2 rows of Chocolate melted + 1 tsp Oil OR Coconut Cream
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. If batter is too sticky add a couple Tbsp of coconut flour until mixture is dry enough to hand roll into balls.
2. Roll into balls and store in refrigerator. Will last in Refrigerator for 5 days or frozen 3 months. Makes around 15 balls :)
